With the start of this year’s Analogue Hobbies Painting Challenge, I also managed to paint my first entry. I chose the Ork Kill Team from the Octarius Box.
I know Games Workshop is a spicy topic, but the quality of their stuff is just outstanding. The Orks from the Octarius box are no different. Besides that, the kit offers a nice variety of poses and equipment. The downside of this is that you have to read the instructions carefully.
I painted the Kill Team rather colorful using Games Workshop Contrast Paints. The Contrast Paints work like a charm on miniatures with so many details.
I am happy with my first entry for the painting challenge to wrap things up. The next entry will be the heavy weapon teams for the modern-day Taliban. So stay tuned, and as always, happy wargaming!
