My German early war collection is growing. My latest addition is the Blitzkrieg Miniatures Panzer I Ausf B. The Panzer I was a light German tank and the first mass-produced tank since World War I in Germany.
After the Blitz, the Panzer I became almost irrelevant as a fighting vehicle because the development made significant progress during the second world war. If you compare the tiny Panzer I to his bigger brothers Panzer III or IV, this won’t surprise any wargamer. Probably most famous is the Panzer I for his appearance in the Spanish Civil War serving in the Legion Condor.
The model
The Panzer I Ausf B from Blitzkrieg Miniatures offers a lovely resin model with great details. Only minimal assembly is required. I like the fact that the model is sculpted with stowage.

That’s all for today. Beeing on holiday makes it hard to do any hobby stuff. But soon, I will be back at the workbench. So stay tuned, and as always, happy wargaming!
