The bullocks are metal, while the carts are resin with additional metal parts. The quality is good, but the build could be annoying. But nothing scary, so let’s take a look at the painted models.
THE FINISHED MODEL
To paint the bullocks I used Foundry Horse paints. While I like their color palette, I am not that impressed with the quality of the paints overall. Compared to Vallejo they tend to be on the thicker side. But even when watered-down they tend to behave differently. Maybe I need to get used to them, but at the moment I am not completely happy with them. I kept the paint scheme simple, but I think they still look good. The models will be mainly used as objective markers, hence the added base.
The 1st corps carts are nice models, which add flavor to your gaming table. The pricing is reasonable and the overall quality is good. So I can recommend them if you are in the market for stuff like that.
